About the Gym

FullGrip Barbell is a USAPL Friendly gym. We welcome everyone with the intent of helping them be the best version of themselves. Whether you’re someone with no barbell experience, or looking to compete at a high level, this is the place to set goals, and most importantly, crush them. We provide Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, and Tactical Strength & Conditioning classes. We’re a tight knit group of people who share a passion for getting stronger and supporting each other in a positive and encouraging environment. Once you step into our gym, you leave ALL prejudices and stereotypes behind, and you are just YOU. Everyone in our community is Equal!!!!

Tactical Strength & Conditioning

We create a Hybrid Training program developed by combining methods from various areas of the training spectrum to produce overall results. Combining strength with cardio and core or combining power with strength, speed, and agility is what to expect when training in our Tactical Strength & Conditioning class. Our goal is to create an athletic athlete.

Powerlifting

This program focuses on three lifts: Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Our classes focus on a lift followed by accessory work to strengthen imbalances. We work with individuals to set goals and follow a 12-15 week program to achieve their goals. All levels are welcome.

Olympic Weightlifting

The Snatch and Clean & Jerk are the focuses of this program. Due to the highly technical nature of these movements, we require a basic strength background to get started. Contact us to learn more.

Combative Arts

FullGrip Barbell Combative Arts are held on Saturdays, teaching a different discipline of self defense every class. Systems that are featured range from Boxing, Muay Thai, MDS- Mastro Defence System, Filipino Combat Systems/Fog City Kali, Martial Blade Concepts, Stick/Baton work, and using improvised weapons with easy to learn tactics. No experience needed.

  2. Olympic Weightlifting 3-5 days a week

  3. Hybrid Olympic Weightlifting & Powerlifting combined 3-5 days a week

  4. Remote FGBB Tactical Strength & Conditioning 3-5 days a week

  5. Custom functional hybrid program, similar to our on-site Tactical Strength & Conditioning classes but designed to work with your schedule and equipment.

All programs are combined with classic bodybuilding exercises.

Participants must have experience with training discipline.

Online coaching and personal feedback on lifting techniques available.
