Membership
FullGrip Barbell offers two options for memberships: Monthly membership or Online programming / coaching for remote athletes.
Assessment
It’s a 1 day free assessment before onboarding. Coaches will assess your abilities, and participants may also assess the coaches’ coaching styles. This will help determine if FullGrip Barbell is for you!
Onboard
We have a mandatory Onboard class for all new members. For 12 sessions, the cost is $300 (3 days per week in 1 month). It’s a Basic Fundamental Introduction class to one of our program options. Weightlifting must have basic knowledge to general strength. Depending on progress, onboard may be repeated, if needed.
Standard Membership/ Recurring Training (In-House Athletes)
Our monthly flat rate is $220, unlimited up to 5 days a week. We are passionate about coaching each individual on form and technique, how to set goals, and how to achieve them.
Remote Training
You will get remote coaching and guidance in your individual training program, so you won’t need to stress and can focus on making GAINZ. Your programming will be customized based on your equipment availability. Contact us for more information.
