FullGrip Barbell offers two options for memberships: monthly membership or online programming, coaching for remote athletes. Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, Military and Student discounts are available. Please call for more information regarding teen pricing.

Assessment / On-Ramp

We have a mandatory On-Ramp class for general strength for beginners. For 12 sessions, the cost is $300 (3 days per week in 1 month). It’s a Basic Fundamental Introduction class to General Strength, Powerlifting, Tactical Strength & Conditioning. Weightlifting must have basic knowledge to general strength. It usually takes 12 sessions, 3x a week for 4 weeks to prepare an athlete to join our group classes. The coaches will assess your progress and decide with you if you will need additional On-Ramp sessions or are ready to move onto Group Classes after completing the 12 sessions.

Recurring Training (In-House Athletes)

Our monthly flat rate is $220. We are passionate about coaching each individual on form and technique, how to set goals, and how to achieve them.

Virtual Training (Remote Athletes)

You will get remote coaching and guidance through your training program so you won’t need to stress and can focus on making GAINZ. You’ll get individualized programming based on your equipment availability. Contact us for pricing.
