Kids and Teens Strength & Conditioning

8 week program beginning July 3, 2023

Schedule: 3:30-5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays

Become more coordinated and learn healthy habits.

2. Injury Prevention

Learn proper technique, understand muscle mechanics and build injury resilency by improving flexibility, tendon and core strength.

3. Increase strength, muscle mass, metabolism, and body composition

4. Build self-esteem

Strength training has a positive impact on self confidence, promotes positive self image, focus, attention to detail and dedication to a process of self improvement. Move heavy loads, run faster, jump higher, increase stamina.

5. Sports Performance

Most parents and coaches focus on specific sport training. An athlete that can focus on both sport specific training accompanied with strength and conditioning is proven to improve performance on all levels.

6. Make Training and Exercise Enjoyable

Seeing progress makes training fun. We are also adding a variety of activities to make it even more enjoyable for them.

Some coaches don't believe in the use of barbell, but science has proved that certain barbell movements directly affect athletic performance in the way of:
