Mark Moore

He’s a man on a mission to build a STRONG community and challenge athletes to believe in themselves. Mark has been active his whole life, as a kid he got into bodybuilding and powerlifting as an out. In 2003, he was hit by a car while riding his motorcycle and the doctors told him that he would never be able to go back to normal activities, especially powerlifting. He didn’t listen. Two weeks after the accident he wheeled himself into the gym, started training and was able to resume normal activity. In 2010, he started feeling sick and was bed ridden for over a year with an undiagnosed illness. He finally was diagnosed with Chronic Lyme disease. After finding the right doctors and proper treatment, he started to train again and utilized CrossFit to regain and rebuild what he had lost during those two years of hell.

He made a promise to the Power High Above and himself during those rough times that he would do whatever it took to help people once he got back on his feet again. CrossFit gave him the opportunity to share his love for lifting and helping others get strong. He’s very grateful to CrossFit for giving him the opportunity to do so. Mark is continuously growing as a coach and does whatever it takes to show up for other people. He provides consistency, structure, support, and most importantly, a community. He is certified as a USAPL Powerlifting Coach.
