Sport-specific program: The Snatch and Clean & Jerk are the focuses of this program. Due to the highly technical nature of these movements, we require a basic strength background to get started. Contact us to learn more.
Tactical Strength & Conditioning
A non-sport-specific program: Functional cross-training, movements mimicking daily life and job demands. This program combines basic strength movements with conditioning. Our goal is to create a fit athletic athlete, improving overall functionality.
Kids Barbell
This is foundation training for little kids. This builds body awareness and proper movement patterns, preparing them to become THE FUTURE ATHLETES.
Powerlifting
Sport-specific program: This program focuses on three lifts: Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. All levels are welcome. We are USAPL Friendly.
Athletic Performance
This program is specifically for young athletes that plays other SPORTS, such as football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, track & field, wrestling, boxing, and any combat sports, just to name a few. This gives them the upper hand of being STRONGER, FASTER, more AGILE, and EXPLOSIVE than their competition. Unlock their FULL POTENTIAL.
Bootcamp/ Speed & Agility
Our weekend bootcamp class consists of: speed & agility and conditioning workout.
