About the Gym

FullGrip Barbell is a USAPL Friendly gym. We welcome everyone with the intent of helping them be the best version of themselves. Whether you’re someone with no barbell experience, or looking to compete at a high level, this is the place to set goals and unlock your full potential. We provide Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Tactical Strength & Conditioning, and Athletic Performance classes. We’re a tight knit group of people who share a passion for getting stronger and supporting each other in a positive and encouraging environment. Once you step into our gym, you leave ALL prejudices and stereotypes behind, and you are just YOU. Everyone in our community is Equal!!!!

Kids & Teens

Olympic Weightlifting

Sport-specific program: The Snatch and Clean & Jerk are the focuses of this program. Due to the highly technical nature of these movements, we require a basic strength background to get started. Contact us to learn more.

Powerlifting

Sport-specific program: This program focuses on three lifts: Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.

Tactical Strength & Conditioning

A non-sport-specific program: Functional cross-training, movements mimicking daily life and job demands. This program combines basic strength movements with conditioning. Our goal is to create a fit athletic athlete, improving overall functionality.

Athletic Performance

This program is specifically for young athletes that plays other SPORTS, such as football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, track & field, wrestling, boxing, and any combat sports, just to name a few. This gives them the upper hand of being STRONGER, FASTER, more AGILE, and EXPLOSIVE than their competition. Unlock their FULL POTENTIAL.

Kids Barbell

This is foundation training for little kids. This builds body awareness and proper movement patterns, preparing them to become THE FUTURE ATHLETES.

Bootcamp/Speed & Agility

Our weekend bootcamp class consists of: speed & agility and conditioning workout.
